Platforms and enterprise operations
I work on keeping platforms reliable in daily use while allowing them to evolve. Stability, security and traceable changes are central to that work.
I work on IT platforms, configuration management and automation. Automating recurring tasks saves manual work, makes changes easier to follow and reduces errors, leaving time to improve the systems themselves. In enterprise operations, that has to work alongside stability and security. I also lead people: reliable operations depend on a team that shares knowledge and takes responsibility.

Applications need to stay available during maintenance and when individual components fail. This involves load balancing and running the systems behind it reliably. NGINX Plus is a regular part of my work.
I use Puppet Enterprise, Ruby and Bash to manage configurations consistently and automate recurring operational tasks.
My work with container platforms and OKD covers deployment as well as the ongoing maintenance and security of the systems running the applications.
Leading people, providing direction and making decisions together are part of my work alongside the technical responsibilities.
